Unexplainable.NET Binaural Beats
As I've mentioned before here, I'm exceedingly interested in binaural beats. And I've found a great place to download a wide selection of binaural beat audio files ---> Store.Unexplainable.NET
What are binaural beats?
When you place two very similar tones (within 30 Hz of each other) within a certain frequency (1,000 to 1,5000 Hz) into the left and right ears separately (via headphones) then you create a binaural beat.
Basically the beat is the difference between the two tones. Your brain can hear that the two tones are very similar but not quite the same. It processes that difference as a "beat." This beat actually puts your mind into a certain frequency. If the difference between the two beats is 10 Hz then it will put your mind into a 10 Hz frequency. This frequency is also known as "Alpha waves" and it is good for relaxation (while awake.)
Alpha waves are in the 7 to 13 Hz range. Theta waves (good for deep meditation) are 4 to 7 Hz. Delta waves are less than 4 Hz and they are associated with a loss of body awareness.
Beta waves are where the mind usually is in a normal waking state. The frequency range for Beta waves is 13 to 40 Hz.
The store at Unexplainable.NET has binaural beat downloads designed for all kinds of different purposes. Including meditation, curing insomnia, stress relief, and of course hypnosis. That's just a small sampling. CLICK HERE to learn more.
